Overview
Lantern Hill was built in 1889 at the top of the town, where the street ends and the hill drops toward the river. Its name comes from the lamp that the first owners kept lit in the tower room.
The ground floor has a front and back parlor, a dining room with its original paneling and a kitchen added in 2017 with a breakfast room in the bay. The porch runs the length of the river side.
Four bedrooms are on the second floor. The tower room above them is a study with windows on five sides.
