Overview
Built in 1886 for the family that planted the orchard, the house was restored in 2019 with care for what was already there: the wide pine floors, the six-over-six windows and the staircase with its walnut rail.
The kitchen runs the width of the back of the house and opens onto the porch, which wraps around three sides. Upstairs, four bedrooms look out over the trees; the main bedroom has its own bath and a dressing room under the eaves.
The barn is dry, sound and wired, with room for two cars, a workshop and the press that the last owners still used every October.
