Overview
The Granary was built around 1910 to store feed for the dairy next door. In 2021 its owners kept the frame and the siding and rebuilt everything inside, with a great room that rises to the ridge beam.
The kitchen sits at one end of the great room under a sleeping loft. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor at the other end, with the main bedroom opening onto a terrace over the fields.
Radiant floors heat the whole house, and the roof carries enough solar panels to cover most of the year's electricity.
